Special Offers and Rebates
We typically run monthly special offers. To receive special offer pricing, orders must be placed during the time that the special offer is run, as applicable. If you begin but do not complete an order during a special offer period, then return to your order and complete your order after the special offer ends, your invoice may show the special offer in the description as the description will be retained on a saved order that has not been completed, but it will ONLY be honored during the time that a special offer is run, regardless of what the invoice description may state.
BeautyMojo is proud to offer the convenience of same day shipping. Immediately after the financial transaction has taken place, your order is automatically processed for shipping. Due to the nature of this automated process, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. This includes duplicate orders. Returns & Exchanges
We trust that your package has arrived safely. Please check all items for possible shipping damage. If any damage has been found, retain all original packing materials and cartons. Claims must be made within 10 business days to the carrier, USPS. You may reach them at 1-800-222-1811. Shipping carriers have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage. However, this willingness does not make us responsible for collection of claims.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any reason.
